The American Legion Post in Machias is making Hometown Hero Banners available to those who would like to participate in the program. The application form is below and the banners will be hung from the telephone posts in Town. If you need any further information, please call the Town Clerk at 716-353-8207.
Attention all residents & visitors to Lime Lake. The Machias Fire Department has asked that we remind you that there is no parking on the streets around the Lake. This restriction is for your safety and that of your neighbors. If the fire trucks or ambulance can't get through to a call, the result could be devastating. Please be a good neighbor/citizen and park somewhere else.
